1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is an official offer (public offer) by Global Bridge LLC, located at Business Center 1, M Floor, The Meydan Hotel, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E., operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and contains all essential conditions for the provision of consulting and legal services.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer means full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of all terms of the Agreement without any exceptions or limitations.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with the following services:

• Company Registration in the UAE: Assistance in selecting and opening a company of any jurisdiction type (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), including the preparation and submission of all necessary documents.

• Bank Account Opening: Assistance in opening corporate bank accounts in UAE banks, including document preparation and support at all stages.

• Accounting and Auditing Services: Accounting, tax reporting preparation and submission, and tax advisory services.

• Golden Visa and PRO Services: Assistance in obtaining long-term visas, drafting employment contracts, and interacting with government authorities.

3. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement

3.1. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Customer accepts the offer.

3.2. Acceptance of the offer is considered to have occurred when the Customer performs one of the following actions:

• Filling out and submitting an application on the Service Provider’s website.

• Payment for the Service Provider’s services.

• Confirming acceptance of the Agreement terms in written or electronic form.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Service Provider undertakes to:

• Provide services efficiently and within the established deadlines.

• Inform the Customer about the progress of the service provision.

• Ensure the confidentiality of information received from the Customer.

4.2. The Customer undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and necessary information for service provision.

• Pay for the Service Provider’s services on time.

• Cooperate with the Service Provider in fulfilling the obligations under the Agreement.

5. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

5.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the Service Provider’s price list or an individual offer provided to the Customer.

5.2. Payment is made in the manner and terms agreed upon by the parties via bank transfer or another method provided by mutual agreement.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Parties are liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

6.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for the inability to provide services due to reasons beyond its control, including actions of government authorities, force majeure circumstances, etc.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. The Parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information received in the course of executing the Agreement and not to disclose it to third parties without the written consent of the other Party, except in cases provided by law.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8.2. All disputes and disagreements arising from the Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court at the location of the Service Provider.

8.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this offer. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the official website of the Service Provider.

This Agreement enters into force from the moment the Customer accepts it and remains valid until the full performance of obligations by the Parties.
